I feel ive been betrayed by several family members so much so I want to chop these people and my family off completely. A number of things have happened over many years and now in my 50's ive had enuf and it's hit me pretty hard. Altho its family, I don't want people who abuse me in my life any longer. Don't really want to see a psychologist as I doubt they can really help. Appreciate any other options people may suggest in dealing with deep down betrayal?
