So where to now?

Before the trials and tribulations of Separation your mind was perhaps a bit like a compass needle, in that it pointed to and knew exactly where you wanted to go. Deep down you knew why and what, if not the how, and almost with dead certainty were getting a desired outcome.
As Freidrich Neitzshe, a famous philosopher put it, "He who has a why to live for can bear almost any how."
However, what often happens with people hitting the Separation ropes is they lose their why their dreams, their children, their finances, freedom and sense of security within, and so on. Many often come close to losing their soul, and some do.
People become stuck and mindless for months or countless years to be more accurate, as their compass needle is erratic spinning back and forth wildly, never quite settling on and aligning with true north or what their life previously desired.
What was mostly an unconscious and automated process that steered you through life before the Separation wobbles, legal and emotional distractions, has now got to be a conscious attempt to heal and reprogram yourself so that you again, will be on course with a renewed sense of passion, vigour and purpose.
So if you are off course, and are wanting desperately to rekindle your spirit and set your life a blazing once again soaring like an eagle, then possibly the best way to begin is with a list of your passions. Your passions are how you want your life to look like. In other words the person you want to be, the work you do each day and the things you have. Your passions will change over time so you will need to review them every six months or so, but remember listing your passions is not the same as goal setting. Passions are about the process of your daily life whereas goals are about outcomes in the future.
So write down fifteen passions and review that list down to five strong passions that burn deep within your soul, well, at least smoldering.
To help you along the way write out and finish this sentence:
"When my life is ideal, I am ......................................................................................................"
Close your eyes and picture your ideal life. What are you doing? Who are you with? Where are you? How do you feel?
After reviving your passions, a sense of fulfillment and feelings of excitement and bliss will set your soul alight. Give earnest time to work on your passions as they will set you free and ultimately define your destiny...
