Choice this or that

So you have been through a Separation and perhaps experienced some sadness along the way and possibly woken up somewhat yet where to now you ask?
Choose...
... anything you want.
For you know with certainty when you were born, but do you know with certainty the day when the hour glass runs dry?
Yes choice, is what life is about.
Life is simply an accumulation of choices from the day you were born to the day you die.
Life is but a choice of think this or that, feel and emotionalize it, and then do this or that.
From the power of the previous sentence and a strong unshakable belief in yourself, you can transform your life into almost anything you want.
If you are not getting what you want, it's because you have neither thought of it, pictured it, emotionally desired it strong enough and above all else, not taken action steps to achieve it or to at least put your thought into motion.
Remember, like being on any journey, you often have to let go off certain things that no longer serve you before you can acquire new things.
As time comes and goes, so do things and people. It can often be a very sad and heart breaking realisation, but unfortunately it's a fact we must become accustomed to.
We can often understand this if we were to frame it physically with how much unnecessary luggage could you carry?
However, when this luggage is in the mind in the way of thoughts and memories that prevent us from moving where we want to go, it is often very difficult to be aware of such a load, without first becoming aware of your effectiveness, or lack thereof.
It's not so much where you want to start or what you have, it's when. Timing is critical - for it must begin now.
We must learn from our mistakes to grow and then let these mistakes go so we can then move on.
A good old poem to remember is 'though we can not go back and make a brand new start my friend, anyone can start from now and make a brand new end'.
With love, kindness and peace
Michael
