No matter where you live or even under what circumstances, there will always be something you can be grateful for.

For this is an important role in life perhaps vital, to be mindful of everything you can be grateful for, as within the cocoon of gratitude doth come profound meaning.

For being grateful is a state, of mind and being. In fact, it can be a very rewarding way of life indeed, for in this state there can never be any downside.

However, in the beginning it is not an easy state to get into, much less stay in. For it will require some discipline and practice, as all good things require a degree of testing to allow you to enter such an enchanting kingdom.

But first, you must be clear and know why you would ever want to. Why would you wish to be grateful on say more than an occasional thank you basis? Hmmm... you do say an unconditional heartfelt thank you here and there — don't you?

Well — this is a very good question, and one I suspect you can only truly answer for yourself.

What I can say, is that your feelings, peace of mind and outlook on life will change dramatically. What's more, the transformation of you and others can only propagate in a positive way for humanity, easing the suffering throughout the whole world.

For the beauty of gratitude is that it is absolutely free and and within the reach of all, if you sincerely want it, for there can be no excuses not to have it, once you become aware of it and what it truly offers.

By focusing on and being genuinely thankful in your heart for everything you do have, and the experience of both up and down times, you will be carried through life on the shoulders of giants and will of course have finally found heaven.
