That depends, on how much you hate them.
My intense feelings and emotions of hatred toward lawyers over the years, I would have to say has been up there with the worst of the worst.
What it was for me was a lack of maturity, knowledge, fear and hence control during the Separation.
If I knew then, what I know now - the outcome would surely have been different, possibly with far less pain and loss, for all of us. Life would also have been much easier today to reintegrate back into a so called "normal" life. As I still struggle with various issues on a daily basis.
Anyway, the trick is to get the right help and support outside the legal system first. You may have to look inside yourself also and do some PD which maybe hard and scary. However, in time life will get better.
