Relationships with others can be a risky business alright, it's no wonder people only stick with having a relationship with themselves or God something safer and more certain.
In the course of these external relationships which you gave a shot, and good on you for giving it a whirl, the sad part is when the relationship teeters you can be left in the cold.
Although at times you may bite off more than you can chew in the relationship by expressing and seeking to find your true self being a function of growth and life itself, do not despair as you will undoubtedly have learnt some valuable life lessons about yourself and others along the way perhaps more priceless than any text book or lecture will ever teach.
Whether you have been abandoned, left hanging, hung out to dry or you simply managed to break free from lies and empty promises, toxicity or a wild goose chase, you will most likely have some pain and feel lonely for awhile as the sadness largely subsides and further healing takes place.
However fret not, as this is a great time to detox yourself from the many people and circumstances you have been involved with, purifying yourself of the bad blood that you may have unwillingly and unknowingly imbibed. Although many of us are completely naive at times, wanting to see the good in people and opportunities, it doesn't always play out like this with some people in the real world.
Letting go of the past isn't always easy either, however by coming to terms with your blunders and mistakes of yesteryear and cleansing yourself of that bad blood, you can certainly help direct your life toward something better and more in line with who you are. Be patient and keep the faith as in time your sanity will return, putting you in a better frame of mind to associate yourself in more loving and like-minded circles, whereupon a more fulfilling and peaceful life will be bestowed upon you.
Let it all go and find a new ride, you have plenty on offer just be you.
With love, kindness and peace
Michael
