"Man becomes great exactly in the degree in which he works for the welfare of his fellow-men." - Mahatma Gandhi

Have you fallen and been forgotten some time after a Separation — isolated, abandoned and can't seem to get back up on your two feet?

Well, it can be a terrible moment, feeling and existence alright. When you have nowhere in the outside world to go nor anywhere on the inside — feeling disconnected, lonely and somehow dead.

When it appears that nobody around can help you, no matter how tiresomely you seek this much needed help before you flop.

Just a drop you were after, a hint of love perhaps, some care would have done the trick, however it all seemed too much to spare. Like being tied up or in some type of comatosed state where you can't even scratch your nose or help yourself with what was once some of your most basic needs and desires.

When you simply don't know who you are and what you are meant to be doing. When both your head and heart hurt and not able to fuse together giving you the focus on where you are meant to be, instead of being so far of track it just ain't funny. Like going to bed one night all warm and cosy, then waking up the next day in some desert with parched lips waiting for the endless dream to finish.

No direction, zest or meaning. Not much interest for anything or anybody really. You feel shattered — an empty shell and dispirited soul.

When no matter how hard you try things won't happen, as though the doors to your life are somehow closed shut! So what's wrong you ask yourself — have I been here before or am I going mad you intensely wonder as your head seems to hurt more and more each day as your desperation and hopelessness seems to increase.

Your heart and mind seem to conspire with constant feelings of sickness and mind chatter. Thoughts echoing out questions like am I depressed, is it confusion, will I get through this, is it just a phase, have I not been eating properly, am I alone too much, is it because I am without a special person in my life, Separated from love and family, or is it because of unemployment woes, money issues and the fact I don't have purposeful goals and daily activities, fueling my deep down desires and interests exciting me? What could it be?

Well the solution may just be a little seed. Yes, that's right, a little seed that needs to be replanted into your mind that you are a BIG BIG winner. A thought of positive advancement that will warm the cockles of your heart and bring you many good things.

Now please don't dismiss this suggestion as something trivial or useless for you would be completely wrong. Instead, think about this winning concept and put it on like a well fitting glove with a great feel.

Yes, you are a winner, start believing it. Everything you will do with this simple formula will turn you back into a success. Never let this thought of being a winner out of your mind attracting all good things and people to you like some super magnet.

Winning is GOOD! Winning is YOU!

With love, kindness and peace
Michael
