"Where have you been ol' chum?", Mr Positive shouts out as Mr Negative clambers through the front gate looking tired after a very long trip, yet glad to be finally returning home where he belongs.
Do you sometimes feel like you're still on a trip like Mr Negative was and traveling here, there and everywhere, but not quite home yet? Or perhaps you feel like a zombie as your find it frustratingly difficult for some reason to break those negative cycles preventing you from living that full and rewarding life you have been wanting for so long?
Positivity(+) is the true force and where you are best suited for all of life's gifts. Negativity(-) on the other hand is sometimes the price you have to pay before you get to enjoy these goodies. Similar to the basic electrical/electronics circuit above, the negative side (shown in black) is like the return path of life you have to travel in order to return home to the positive supply or source, and yes, there can be plenty of resistance indicated by (R1 + R2) along the way. How quickly you diminish the resistance will depend upon you!
The path of negativity, poverty, hunger, deprivation, perception of loss and misfortune or whatever form it may come in, is a test we all have to take at one time or another, molding ourselves into better people promoting improved co-operation with infinite intelligence or God as some prefer.
Avoid, resist, desist and simply don't tolerate negative moments, payoffs and habits whether be self generated or from other people. Do the hard yards on yourself whipping your negative side and temptations (as you become increasingly aware of them) into shape, transforming them into positive virtues, values, boundaries, habits, behaviours and the like. Give not only your body a workout but more importantly spend time looking after your mind, controlling it and not the other way round.
Whilst we communicate with infinite intelligence (speaking to God) via our thoughts and verbally, asking for forgiveness, seeking guidance and the answers to problems, it is not necessary to test this intelligence outside our natural and universal laws.
The particular law relevant to this topic is the Law of Polarity.
This universal law fundamentally states "that everything is on a continuum and has an opposite. We can suppress and transform undesirable thoughts by concentrating on the opposite pole. It is the law of mental vibrations."
Literally, you can switch between either state and all its varying degrees, negative or positive. However, when you come to realise the power of this law, you can see that it will push you forward all the way toward extreme positivity, gaining you the best solutions, circumstances and happiness for your life.
As you proceed down the continuum of positivity any negative setback in your life can be chosen by you to be just a little more negative than your current state of positivity, hence you can always remain in the positive region rather than slip back into a negative world. This can be of great comfort as you are in fact still advancing, keeping you in a positive frame of mind exuding positive vibrations. Good vibrations will always attract other good vibrations and good things into your life.
When you are fully in control of your mind and subsequently your life, you will be in a position of enormous power. You will have the choice of switching between the two states anytime you like, without any undue negative effect on your feelings or emotions.
By choosing to keep your mind focused positively on all the good things in your life, in essence your life will be good and grow to be ecstatically mind-blowing, as long as you keep grounded with balance until your mind and body make the necessary adjustments to your improved new way of life.
With due dilligence you must fill up your entire day, each minute of the 1440 minutes you have been so preciously given as a gift every day, and attempt to fill it with everything positive and of course this would include service to others. From ideas and thoughts to deeds and actions, everything in your day will become a joyful experience free of unnecessary fear or worry. Intentionally focus on positive solutions, behaviours and certainly mix with positive people.
This task of training your mind to be predominantly in a positive state and resilient may not be easy at first as this state may need to be relearned, depending on your past experiences. However, by repeatedly focusing on pleasant, fun, enjoyable activities with laughter, be a person without a care in the world so to speak, your clouds of negativity, doom and gloom attitude will cease to exist never to be seen again.
This negative existence is not a natural world for you to be in for any length of time. Everything about your mind, body and soul flourishes in a positive state, with all the riches and abundance simply awaiting you asking. So think positive, and so shall you be —
You are a good person and have as much right as anyone else to all the good things in life — in fact you have more right if you want it more than others. Be true to yourself, do the necessary work, think change, feel the change and be ok with it, as you transform into this positive frame of mind, and as sure as the sun comes up each morning, your life will take on a new flavour — perhaps abundantly joyous!
