God can be a tricky and touchy topic to discuss, both from the ambiguity and complexity of the subject matter right through to the particular audience you're aiming at, as almost everyone has their unique opinion on the matter of God.

Whilst many people have their own beliefs, interpretations and formed views about what God is and means to them, one common view amongst the wider community is that God is pure energy, all things and in all places at once — there is nowhere that he is not. This can provide a level of guidance yet freedom, and peace of mind for people to feel secure in loving others as they love themselves.

"Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself." Mathew 22.37-39

With this view in mind perhaps referring to God is simply about the interconnectedness between ourselves and fellow spiritual beings. In other words, our survival depends on our ability to connect with people around us, and not be apart or separate from them. Thus, a Separation from others or God shall we say, will most certainly induce a rapid decline of our health.

A Separation can be likened to abandonment and sense of loss which in turn can result in withdrawal from people and the world around them, illness and even death. If the effects of a Separation are compounded on to previous experiences of abandonment, loss and grief, it can be a matter of utmost importance that you remain connected to something or somebody — from faith in prayer to caring people in order to survive this bleak period in your life. In addition to current issues, you may wish to seek professional help with past issues that maybe contributing to your present woes.

Hence, when going through a Family Separation or any Separation really, it's extremely vital to maintain a connection to loved ones, family, friends and simply people, maintaining a faith in all that is good and trusting that setbacks whether minor or major will always improve. For this persistence in believing in God, yourself, others and a higher good will see you overcome the many obstacles that you perceive to lay before you through your developing days of maturity.

With love, kindness and peace
