A common response from many on the topic of confessing your sins may simply be nothing — denial or complete ignorance.

The gravity of various sins we all commit from time to time upon our fellow man, deliberate or not, may not even be apparent to many operating on limited awareness. This is not to say it won't change, it surely will. An opportunity to increase your awareness will be given as you take each step towards confessing all your sins and truly feeling sorry for what you have done.

Whilst not always easy, your journey of Separation will present many moments to expunge from your soul all the poison that has accumulated over your mortal years. However before embarking on a path of regret, it may be wise to consider that the issue is not so much what you have done to this point, it is what you do from hereon in. Owning up and being responsible, remorseful and fessing up to what has transpired up until now is the real test for you.

"But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin. If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness."1 John 1:7-9

You don't have to be a bad person to have sinned, in fact you may well be a kind and loving person. In this world we live in it's not hard to slip up with a naughty sin from time to time, even the most conscious and righteous do. We are all sinners really, just some of us know it as others don't. The more one becomes aware of their wrongful actions no matter how small, infrequent, unintentional or otherwise, the more you can feel a real compunction to repent your sins and purify your soul in the name of our heavenly father.

It need not matter the type of sins or even the severity, it is a time when you feel the need to come home to a better place after feeling a deep sorrow for your ill mannered awkwardness on your path of life.

It just may be that awareness is the true game of life?
