During and beyond a Separation you can often feel wounded with much hurt. This pain often interrupts and limits your flow of love — with negative effects such as fear, hate, guilt, regret, shame, resentment and anger being substituted, just to name a few, causing ill health to you and the many around you.

Whilst these feelings and emotions are understandable in the short term as your mind and body goes into protection mode and makes adjustments, they will not serve you in the mid to long term, so disbanding with them as soon as you can is highly desirable.

By imbibing some paradoxical phrases of wisdom by Mother Teresa in her Final Analysis below, it just may help set you on a path of higher awareness and consciousness. For then may you truly let your pain subside, freeing your mind and body of this poison, allowing your energy of love and all good things to flow, healing your soul and that of others around you.

Begin your path of forgiveness, for yourself and others, making the decision now to release your pain — even if it is only bit by bit, day by day.

Whatever happens in your life, whether it be the horrendous pain you are feeling, the conflict with your ex, what your ex did or doesn't do, the legal system, authorities or whoever, it is only ever between you and God.

The Final Analysis

People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered;
...Forgive them anyway!

If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives;
...Be kind anyway!

If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies;
...Succeed anyway!

If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you;
...Be honest and frank anyway!

What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight;
...Build anyway!

If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous;
...Be happy anyway!

The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow;
...Do good anyway!

Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough;
...Give the world the best you've got anyway!

You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and God;
It was never between you and them anyway.

With love, kindness and peace
Michael
