The Separation Cave

When you go through a Separation it can be likened to that of going through what appears to be an endless cave.

One that is dark, cold and with the unknown causing your fears to bite deep into your soul, as you are being somehow forced to go where you have not been before and not enjoying it one little bit.

As you feel alone, tremble with fear of not getting through it, simply hold on to the rails of love as they will always guide you toward the light, warmth and out safely, no matter how long your journey through the abyss may take.

Life can feel loveless at times however, it's only love that will guide you through the rocky path of Separation. Love is your saviour so look within, as there it resides always. If at first you can't see it, dig deeper and deeper below all the heartache and sadness, the light maybe dim and flickering however the eternal light of love will never go out.

Once you find it, sit still with it for just a moment or two and feel its glow warming your bones and lifting your spirits.

Like the air that will always be free flowing and present inside and out of you, so are the thoughts and feelings of love always alive. Remember to look deep no matter how bad things seem to get, your magical place of love awaits you.

With love, kindness and peace
Michael
