Do you feel like your life just goes around in circles day after day, not really going in the direction that you wish it to go?

More importantly do you even know where you want to go, and are you prepared to give up and do whatever it takes, to go where you want to go?

After a Separation and for many years thereafter, it will take some introspection and re-evaluation of who you are and what you are doing in life, if in fact you really want to improve and maximise your potential and usefulness, while in this human form and on this wondrous planet they call Earth. It's all about good decisions and guess what, the choice is all yours.

Just like a big department store takes stock every year and is very important for the running and success of that store, so must you. Just as merchandise needs to be properly valued, checked for quality and quantity, demand and availability, so does where you put your Time, Energy and Love — who values you and is appreciative of what you are and what you have to give.

To savor the most from life, it helps to be fully aware of where your moments of energy go. There are only so many hours in the day and for who knows how long, so where you choose to spend those moments and with who is a really important question.

There are many who will use up and waste your time and energy if you let them, without giving a whole lot in return, so just be careful on how you give yourself away. Be careful not to get roped into other people's games that don't serve you.

So it's all up to you to be clear about what is working for you, where you enjoy spending your time, energy and love the most, and for some of you where is it being received and valued, in both a personal and work sense.

The first place if you are wanting to change things is beginning with a new picture of who you are — what you do each day, the people you are around, the places you go, and ultimately the feelings you get from what you do.

With Christmas and the holiday season coming up, make use of this time to take stock of who you are and want to be. It may take some concentration, time and dedication to help picture your new world, but what is your alternative to live a fuller and more enriched life?

With love, kindness and peace

You sound like a little mouse running in the spinning wheel. Blame your state of affairs on whatever excuses you can muster up. Yes, its all about choices and perhaps the little mouse chooses to run around the wheel. Best chance of jumping off safely is to take stock of why you decided to get on in the firstplace. Perhaps the wheel, even with its absolute boredom is a preferable option for some rather than taking a risk and venturing out with predators like the cat and the snakes.
